Submit a Maintenance Request in a Few Simple Clicks
For Non-Emergency Requests please fill out the maintenance request through your Appfolio portal. All requests must be submitted by written notice. Text messages or emails to FPS Employees, Contractors, Subcontractors, or Assistants will not be considered a request.

Sending rent through mail can be a convenient way to pay your rent. But it has the drawback of taking FOREVER!
Please make sure to send the envelope at a minimum of 7 business days before the day you want it to arrive. Make sure to label the envelope correctly and use the stamp required. Only Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders are accepted. DO NOT SEND CASH!

3 EASY Steps to drop off rent. Envelop, Send picture & Drop Off. DO NOT DROP OFF CASH!
When you have Money Order or Cashier’s Check ready, put them in an envelope and make sure to label them with your name, property, and unit number.
Take a picture of the Money Order or Cashiers's Check and send it to tenants@firstpropertysolutions.net with your name, property, and unit number.
Last and easiest step is to drop the envelope on the Black drop box on the left of the property.
